Instructions for Preparing full papers / extended abstracts

Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit either a full paper (up to 8 pages) or extended abstract (up to 4 pages) for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Authors may choose their preferred paper type. Submission of a full paper/extended abstract is a requirement for inclusion of the oral/poster presentation in the conference program.

The deadline for submission of full papers or extended abstracts has been extended until the 9th October 2015.

We will seek Thomson Reuters listing for the conference proceedings (Conference Proceedings Citation Index- Science; CPCI-S), improving the profile and visibility of the proceedings papers and full abstracts. Accordingly, the submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and may need to be revised before being accepted for publication.

A number of special sessions in the program are preparing special issues for journals. If you intend to submit a paper for consideration in one of these special issues, you should liaise with your session organizers to assess whether a full paper or extended abstract is most appropriate for inclusion in the proceedings. The proceedings paper must still be submitted by the deadline above. Enquiries concerning special issue papers should directed to the special session organizers.

Please prepare your paper using the templates available here.
